I have been a customer with Tax Precision for over 2 years. Not only did they stick with me through some very very tough situations with the I.r.s. Let alone my state taxes!! They staid in touch they kept up with me and they made “deals” with federal and state. Deals that keep me asleep at night. A particular shout out to Naomi. Kind thoughtful … and funny smart smart smart! I really appreciate smart people also to Richard… who helped prepare the madness of my taxes also smart and vey patient. Everyone that answers the phone at the office!! They know who you are and direct you immediately to whom you might need. Excellent team

My experience with Precision Tax Relief was a scary one. Not knowing what to expect. Hoping that they wouldn't turn out to be just another Tax company out to get what they could without putting in the work to help solve my very serious tax problem. I had been taken by two other tax before calling Precision. But to my surprise, they turned out to be exactly what I needed. They did what they said they would do. They kept me informed the entire time and I think their fees was very fare. I'm very pleased with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone who want to solve the tax problems.

Free at last free at last !! Contacting Precision Tax was about the best thing I’ve done in awhile ! Yes it took awhile , especially with the Covid situation, but I couldn’t ask for better professionalism , courtesy, & knowledge of details from Scott , the tax preparation team , and the EA assigned to my case . I was treated with the utmost respect from each and every individual associated with Precision Tax , from the people answering the phone to the billing department. They worked with me and always had an answer and solution. A special thanks to Miss Jinney Payne !!! She was the EA on my case , I was in dire straits and she was a shining light sent from above !! It was like she was right down the street from me , there was never a time I couldn’t talk to her via phone or email . I always knew when she was in or out or busy with meetings or corresponding with the IRS , I felt like I was at the top of the list and she was fighting tooth and nail for me . She always had a plan , kept me on track , and yes had a plan B if plan A didn’t quite work . It was rough but her encouragement and knowledge of the entire process got me through it !!
