They called me back this afternoon, and I worked with an amazing Agent named Taylor Patik. While I was on the phone, she called the IRS and we got my problems fixed in a matter of about 30 minutes. I have been a contractor for the past 20yrs, and if you are familiar with contract work you know it's either feast or famine in this world today. I had some lean years and had gotten myself into a real mess with back taxes with The IRS. I thought I could make up the money and pay my debt, but the debt got out of control. I searched to the end of the internet for a firm that could help me deal with the IRS on my behalf, and kept coming back to Precision Tax Relief (PTR). I was apprehensive about using a firm that was half way across the country, but I gave PTR a call. I was impressed from the very 1st person that answered the phone. She asked me some basic questions about my situation, and was very personable to me, not like she was put out and reading a questionnaire off of a computer screen. She had a tax resolution pro call me the very next day that was assigned to my case, whom I will for this review refer to as "Joy" because that was what she was to work with. "Joy" treated me with respect and I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help me resolve my problem and cared about the outcome. PTR made it very easy to gather information they needed and answered any questions I had no matter how small. If I called with a question, and "Joy" was busy, she always called right back no matter what. (During the process I had decided to have PTR do my Federal and State tax returns to keep all of my eggs in 1 basket, so to speak, and they did an excellent job on that also)! Once they had made an offer to the IRS, she called me often to keep me updated on the status of my case. It took a very long time for responses from the IRS during the process, much longer than normal due to the pandemic, but she constantly kept in touch while we waited for my case to be reviewed. The day finally came and I was given an IRS case worker and it didn't take them any time to review and resolve the case due to the excellent preparation by "Joy" and PTR. My case was resolved for a little below 6% of my debt to the IRS. In summation, PTR is a very well organized, knowledgeable, and reputable firm that I would highly recommend to anyone who is in a situation with the IRS that seems hopeless to get out of, take it from me and don't wait like I did and call them to get your life, and piece of mind back today.

Made some dumb mistakes on a few tax returns. I did not realize it until the *** sent me a letter stating I owe them a bunch of money. OMG what do I do now? I herd about Precision tax from a friend ,I gave them a call ,after a few minutes on the phone I decided to use their services . Boy am I happy I did. Very friendly group in no time they resolved my issues with the *** .I highly recommend this company.
