I came to Precision Tax Relief in desperation after the IRS threatened to levy my bank accounts for back and unfilled taxes. I was in a hole that was impossible to dig out of, so an Offer In Compromise was the obvious solution. Unfortunately, I came during the worst possible time- in the middle of a divorce and COVID happening with the lockdowns and turmoil that caused. Because of this, the process took much longer- IRS reviews that were supposed to happen in a couple months took 6 months to a year, etc. This is no fault of Precision Tax; quite the opposite- they stuck with me every step of the way with regular updates, constant communication, and a real sympathetic ear to my divorce issues and financial difficulties. In the end, hundreds of thousands of dollars of tax debt was forgiven, a manageable offer was accepted, and for the first time in over a decade I don't have to worry about the IRS breathing down my neck. I want to give a special thank you to Jana, the Tax Specialist assigned to my case and my primary contact throughout the OIC process- she never failed to answer all my silly questions, give advice on the handling of certain assets, and just be an all around nice person to deal with on a regular basis. The OIC process is rough- its invasive, embarrassing at times, and to say its stressful is an understatement. I could not recommend Precision Tax Relief (and Jana!) more to someone struggling to get out of tax debt. They literally changed my life.

I had a great experience working with Richard and Jinney from PRG to rectify my outstanding tax debt. Richard got my past due tax returns successfully completed and filed. And Jinney worked diligently and professionally to negotiate a settlement with the IRS that I could afford. When the IRS wanted me to pay more than I could afford Jinney appealed the original amount and fought for a more affordable amount that was the end result. I am very grateful for her persistence! It was a pleasure working with the both of them and they made the process feel less daunting.

Free at last free at last !! Contacting Precision Tax was about the best thing Ive done in awhile ! Yes it took awhile , especially with the Covid situation, but I couldnt ask for better professionalism , ********* *********** of details from ***** , the tax preparation team , and the EA assigned to my case . I was treated with the utmost respect from each and every individual associated with Precision Tax , from the people answering the phone to the billing department. They worked with me and always had an answer and solution. A special thanks to **************************** !!! She was the EA on my case , I was in dire straits and she was a shining light sent from above !! It was like she was right down the street from me , there was never a time I couldnt talk to her via phone or email . I always knew when she was in or out or busy with meetings or corresponding with the *** , I felt like I was at the top of the list and she was fighting tooth and nail for me . Wow! Where do I start? First, I would like to say that these people at Precision Tax are Awesome. In my family, my husband paid all the bills. He worked hard, had his own business, and eventually retired. Since he seemed to have it all taken care of, I never asked about or even glanced at the taxes regarding his business or income. In 2019, I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer and can't remember much of 2019 or 2020, it all is a blur. However, that doesn't stop the federal government from moving forward with their plans. In 2021, I received a notice that I could not pay my bills due to lack of funds. As it turns out, the IRS was removing money monthly from my account to pay for a debt of $18,000.00 dollars. This debt was accumulated by unpaid back taxes connected to my husbands business. My heart sank as I realized I could be losing everything. To help, my daughter went online and started looking for a company that could help with this shocking and unexpected debt. She came across Precision Tax and called them immediately and then passed me the phone. Still upset and scared about what this debt meant, I explained my situation in what probably sputtered out in a random amount of unchronological series of events, emotions, and tears. The person on the phone listed patiently and, somehow, seemed to understand my concerns. After a tearful and long explanation, they requested my information, which I gathered and sent. After a quick review of my case, I was called, that day, telling me that they could help. Shocked, I agreed to their terms. They set up a payment plan so that I could easily pay for their services, they stopped the IRS from taking money out of my account so that I could pay my bills, and they even kept in contact sending me friendly reminders when I inevitably forgot to complete a task they needed done. They also eased my situation by organizing my information and helping me with my taxes so that this situation wouldn't happen again. In the end, they put a stop to a lean, kept me from losing everything I own, and have been a solid assistant and understanding group of people. I am so grateful and in awe. They are worth every penny and more for what they did. Thank you! I want to say thank you to a few specific people: Thank you Drew for doing my taxes last year and relieving me of that stress. Now that you are doing my taxes, I no long cringe as April 15th gets closer. Thank You Jinney. You are friendly and easy to talk too. The way we communicated made me feel like I had known you for years. You even called me from your home when I had questions and gave me updates on my case. I really appreciate all you did and can't thank you enough. Thank you Rachel. You are so sweet and always talked to me like a friend. To start with i was told by my employer that a IRS levy would go into effect in one week and would be withholding ALL my income. So i contacted precision tax relief and as i was unfamiliar with them i was a little scared. it was the first time in 30 years to have tax problems. First I’d like to say these are people you can trust they stopped my levy in 24 hours after i signed my paperwork!!!!
