I am not one to leave reviews often, but I have to say that Jana at Precision tax was awesome to work with. She was kind, patient and honest with me. From the beginning, I was given nothing but honest answers and detailed explanations to my questions. She was beyond patient with me and never seemed bothered by my phone calls. Before working with Precision Tax, I was self employed and years behind on my taxes. I was overwhelmed, I was stressed and I had no idea what to do or who I could trust to help me. I researched so many companies and read endless reviews but I kept returning to Precision Tax. When I finally reached out to them, I was immediately called by the owner to discuss my situation. It was a tough call because I was nervous and I was embarrassed but he was so understanding and I immediately felt at ease. I ended up working with Richard to my taxes and then worked with Naomi to negotiate my offer in compromise with the IRS. Both of them went above and beyond. They would always get back to me anytime I reached out with questions and made a giant, scary undertaking feel so easy. They were patient and kind and professional and while I still can’t believe it, I am now caught up. My taxes are filed, and Naomi was able to help me negotiate an offer that was beyond what I could have dreamed for. After countless sleepless nights of worry, I feel free. I feel like the biggest weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I also want to note the transparency of Precision Tax. I was never in the dark about what was happening and never blindsided by anything including what things would cost financially. I will literally spend the rest of my life telling people how wonderful Precision Tax is. I know that they were just doing their job, but they changed my life. I would highly recommend working with Precision Tax. Originally I hooked up with Precision with the intent of obtaining a Offer in Compromise. Ultimately, my OIC was rejected due to my income to debt ratio. Precision kept me abreast to exactly where they were at, in the process of negotiating with the IRS on my behalf. Even though my OIC was rejected I ended up with a payment plan that I can live with, along with some interest and penalty abatement, and most importantly, was able to stave off the IRS for nearly 2 years, which gave me ample time to reorganize and prepare for taking care of my back taxes.
