I want to say thank you to Eric and Naomi and the PTR team for helping us with our tax problems. They were very helpful and easy to work with and they was always easy to get ahold of. The communication throughout the process was awesome. It was a long drawn out process with IRS being behind on everything, but we got it all worked out and the IRS finally accepted our offer. We owed about 70k and the PTR team got us a settlement for a little over $2600 which was a lot cheaper then we were expecting. So we are very thankful and glad we got the chance to work with you guys and look forward to working with you guys more here shortly since we are 1099. But once again thank you from Michael and Carmen.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision Tax Relief, and I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with excessive tax debt! The staff is awesome, they always had time to answer my questions or hear any concerns I may have had. I would also like to send a special thank you to Ms. Jinney Payne, she was phenomenal! She took the time to explain the process to me and was very detailed about everything. She stayed in contact with me during the whole process, which I really appreciated, because I didn't feel like I was alone, and trying to do this by myself! Her continuous support was definitely appreciated!!!

I was a 1099 Sub-Contractor. I owed over 7 years in back taxes and owed over $175k in both Federal/State taxes. I was getting letters from the IRS and worried about IRS levy freezing the funds in my personal checking account. The IRS Debt Dragon got so large I could not face it alone and I knew it was about to destroy me. I needed help and fast! I heard about Precision and decided to call. The first time I called Precision, we discussed my case and they asked me if I wanted them to reach out to the IRS to determine how much I owed. I agreed and while I was on the phone they called IRS (same day). They found out exactly how much money I owed and told the IRS they were taking over my case. I felt like a mountain had been taken off my chest!. Precision sent me a contact same day, I signed up and it was the best decision of my life. They called me weekly to check on me and encourage me along the way. I no longer felt alone, I had support! The IRS Dragon starting shrinking and backing away from me. Over the course of 18 months they helped me clean up multiple years of back taxes and settle with IRS. Today I owe the IRS $0.00 The IRS Dragon is gone! I have a new job and life if great! These are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They even settled my case early and sent me a refund for services that were never needed or used. Who does that! The folks at Precision Tax are pretty amazing. Everyone there, without exception, was extremely polite and professional. I'm especially appreciative of Taylor Patik and Cyndy Rose, who stayed in continual contact with us, were always courteous, always prompt in returning calls and emails, and patient in answering our questions. They helped turn what seemed like an insurmountable problem into one that was very manageable. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would.
