My experience with Innovation Refunds was excellent! I was prepared for a challenging process but it was very smooth. I was kept informed regularly. Jeremy Shoars was always prompt in answering questions and always on top of my case so I didn't have to explain a lot. Jeremy kept me informed all the time. Excellent staff and process!

Try to apply for the ERC by myself. After days of trying to put the records together and still was not getting anywhere, I made the phone call to innovation refunds. They take care of all the legwork, and every agent that I spoke with took care of any questions I had. It has been four months and my checks started coming in. This money for our businesses will be so helpful and I’m so glad someone lead me in the direction of innovation refunds. Some of the salons in my area have taken advantage of the expertise at innovation refunds also. They definitely are a five-star company.

Used this company for the ERC tax credit. Everyone is very knowledgeable and their expertise in their field has been so helpful. Filed the paperwork in February with the IRS and as to date my checks started coming through. This is definitely a company that I would recommend, and have recommended to my fellow business owners.

Shout out to Innovation Refunds. I wasn't sure if this was legitimate or not. They don't ask for money upfront so I figured if it was a scam, I would walk away without a problem. I had several conversations on the phone before submitting any tax information. It took a while for their accountants and tax lawyers to submit all my information (I have a couple hundred employees) but when I finally found out how much money I was getting back, I was floored! I just received the first of several checks to come from the IRS for over $100,000! I know after I pay revised taxes and the fee to Innovation Refunds, I will have considerably less than $100,000 but I will have a lot more money to reinvest in my company that if I didn't do anything at all!

Marcia did an amazing job for me. She knew how busy I was trying to get my business stabilized and she would call me or email just to circle back. They made it incredibly easy for me to get a refund. I didn’t qualify for as much as I initially was told, hence the four stars. But, I am getting a refund and it will come in handy when it arrives right before the holiday season for my business. So I’m grateful for that! Thank you! If you haven’t tried for the ERC credit, they will literally hold your hand through it to try to get the best they can for you. My business was really hit by the pandemic and they helped me get something back! Yes I recommend them, worth going through the process. I qualified for a high 4 figures that’s all I’ll say. Yes it was worth going though.
