We were contacted by many people and/or companies regarding this tax credit. We chose to use Innovation Refunds and that was a GREAT CHOICE! They have been very helpful and communicate often to keep us informed about the status of our refunds. We have received all of our checks and are very satisfied with the job that they did for us. We decided to have a company assist us in our ERC refund possibilities. We were not sure what to expect. Thankfully we feel that we found a great group of professionals who were very knowledge in their jobs. This process is lengthy and we might have given up if they were not so confident and encouraging. Instead we pushed on with their help and were able to apply for the refunds offered. This company sent a random email to me asking for further information on my employees for the ERC credi. I never emailed them and my own accountant already did this. They just searched Doximity and found my email and sent an email to me acting as if I needed to send additional information for “my application.” This way the email was worded made it sound as if we had already been working together. This is disgraceful way of trying to get a client.
