If I can give them 0 starts, I would. STAY AWAY. These people are either scamming or just incredibly unprofessional. The process isn't straight forward, they're not Knowledgeable of the ERC as they claim, they lured us for months, and when they got all our information, they went ghost. We've been emailing them since 6/2/23 with NO RESPONSE. They also have MULTIPLPE people emailing you which also further confuses the situation and further leads me to belive they are a SCAM. STAY AWAY!

We heard about the ERC Program, but since our business is in the Virgin Islands, we felt it was only a program for companies in the mainland United States. Not until our accountant/bookkeeper, Mrs. Arnold, told us to try did we ask her for assistance getting this refund. Mrs. Arnold put us onto Amanda Smith and Michael Winters. Ms. Smith was absolutely cheerful and a pleasure to work with; she was specific about what information she needed to determine if we would qualify. Then our case was given to Mr. Winters. Oh, my goodness, we thought Ms. Smith was wonderful, then Mr. Winters took us over the top. His personality was comfortable, and he had a great sense of humor. Mr. Winters worked with HMS and Mrs. Arnold to submit our information on time. We received great news on May 14, 2023; we got refunded! Our company is in such need of these funds, and we are so grateful. Ms. Amanda Smith and Mr. Michael Winters, were the two individuals instrumental in getting this done. These individuals are hardworking and know their craft. I really hope that the management team of Innovation Refunds knows what gems they have with these two individuals. We contracted with innovation refunds to help get the Employee Retention Credit from the IRS. The fee they charge is .25 of any refund they get for your business. After all paper work was submitted to them, we were contacted and told our expected refunds would be 14,000.00 and 13000.00 and 17,000.00. When the letters from the IRS came the 17,000.00 amount was partially denied and reduced to 1,200.00. Now Innovation is charging us .25 on 17,000.00 even though they didn’t get that amount for us and are sending their lawyers after us to pay 4,000.00 on a 1200.00 refund. Do not trust them.
