Well, I was skeptical. I responded to one of their ads, thinking no way I would qualify for ERC. Well, after supplying them documents, financials, etc, they believed I did qualify. They did all the work, applied for the refunds, filed the amended returns, and 6 months or so later, I received 6 IRS checks. Sure, they take 25% of the recovery, bit I figured I was getting zero, so happy to pay them a quarter of whatever they got. (turned out to be a big number!). They kept in touch the entire time, letting me know what steps were coming, and what to expect. In all, I'd say it was a very positive experience, and rec'd a much larger refund than I expected.

Submitted all the paperwork to Innovation January 2023 and have not received a refund yet. I understand that it could take months to process, but was told by the agent that my guaranteed date to receive the funds was May 24, 2023 it didn't happen. I was also told that a check was in their office with my name on it and they were waiting to receive a link from the IRS to direct deposit..well that never happened as well. Please watch out for these types of companies.
