I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Innovation Refunds, and especially with the team of refund specialists I worked with. I was probably the most difficult client they ever worked with. I asked just about every "What if?" and "What about" question there is. They answered them all professionally and patiently and supplied all the information I requested. My initial contact was awesome - his name was Josh DeKruif. He got the brunt of my questions and skepticism. He actually convinced me to proceed with the application just by emailing me and saying "Hey, this may not be for you and that's okay." There was absolutely NO hard sell. From Josh I went to Taylar Ferrara who was equally patient and understanding and supplied every piece of information I requested. I made the whole process with those two VERY professional people last about 3 months before I signed my name to anything. Once everything was sent in and ready to go I was assigned a refund assurance contact - Brianna Hunswarden. She's been nothing but helpful and has checked in with me every couple weeks to reassure me that the government moves slow, but everything is still on track. Well, she was right - finally got 2 quarters of refunds. Bottom line - these are good people, and Innovation Refunds is everything they proclaim to be. I'm happy they reached out to me, and looking back upon the whole experience, I'd do it all over again, but maybe not be such a difficult customer. If you're in doubt - put them through the ringer like I did. They'll address all your concerns and will never pressure you into doing anything. You don't pay anything until the whole process is complete, and that means until the money is in you bank account. I did talk to our CPA and took all of my email correspondence with IR for hime to review. He was also skeptical, but once he read through the documents he gave the thumbs up. So, here we are! Great experience, great people. It takes a lot to get me to review ANYTHING, but this is one of those occasions. I recommend IR very highly!

Used this company for the ERC tax credit. Everyone is very knowledgeable and their expertise in their field has been so helpful. Filed the paperwork in February with the IRS and as to date my checks started coming through. This is definitely a company that I would recommend, and have recommended to my fellow business owners.
