Like most people in this area, skepticism was my first reaction to this refund. How could that be? Is this a legitimate expectation? My first call was to our accountant who assured me that it was OK, but there were very complicated calculations involved and he could not personally take on such a task. I made an inquiry on the website and immediately got a call from Walter Genter who made initial calculations based on some questions he asked about our business. He then sent instructions on which tax quarters of information to send and off we went. The initial estimation was $301,183.35 with a 25% fee calculated at $75,295.86. I was told it could be 4-7 months from application to final payments which might be spread out for some weeks. From our initial date of 12/27/2022, it was 6 months before checks arrived. We received 3 checks at once on June 29 and the last 3 checks on July 5th. We started with a representative, Alexander, who was replaced by Nick Asjes some weeks ago. Both kept in contact from time to time and have been very responsive to any questions I had. To my surprise, the actual refund from the US Treasury was $330,701.59 but the fee remained the same. Good deal! I have encouraged everyone I could to do it. I don't think it will disappoint. Our little non-profit organization received a HUGE boost through this program as we own a very old historic inn with restaurant and times can be tough!

I was very, very skeptical about what to do and if I should do it. My CPA told me not to go this route because it would be like double dipping in so many words. This company is very persistent. I began filling out the paperwork but didn't complete it and that's when Javier constantly called me and explained how their organization works and that this was FREE money that would not have to be repaid. He then passed me one Cari. The communication level was excellent and she always knew the status of my application whenever I called. I was pleased with the refund that I am scheduled to get. I am deeply disappointed by Innovation Refunds' handling of their contracting staff, particularly given the significant success and revenue they contributed to the company. Despite their instrumental role in generating billions of dollars in financial growth, the company chose to terminate these dedicated employees. This decision reflects a lack of appreciation and respect for individuals who played a pivotal part in Innovation Refunds' achievements. It is disheartening to witness a company prioritize short-term gains over the well-being and job security of its loyal staff. The success of Innovation Refunds was undoubtedly a collaborative effort, and the abrupt dismissal of the contracting staff conveys a message that their contributions were undervalued and dispensable. Companies should recognize the importance of treating their employees fairly and acknowledging their efforts as key drivers of sustained success. Sadly, Innovation Refunds' choice to fire the contracting staff after benefiting greatly from their hard work demonstrates a disregard for the well-being of those individuals, who have responsibilities and obligations to fulfill beyond the workplace. Providing less than 24 hours' notice is not an adequate acknowledgment of their dedication. It is ironic that the same company likely expects a two-week notice from its employees. As an employer, I find this behavior disheartening and morally wrong, as employees have financial obligations and responsibilities that cannot simply be put on hold. Innovation Refunds' actions reflect a lack of consideration for the lives and livelihoods of their employees. I am grateful for the opportunity to offer a new home to these exceptional employees if need be who were utilized and under appreciated by Innovation Refunds.
