Starting with Christian T, everyone I dealt with was very attentive and thorough. The process can be long and frustrating (mostly bc of waiting on the government) but worth it in the end. From the time my return was submitted, to the time I received my payments, was just shy of 5 months. Innovation Refunds was really easy to deal with and kept me in the loop!

Update: 07/06/23...went straight to the top of the company and got a prompt response. Now in touch with a senior rep and waiting to see if he contacts me like we discussed. Will keep you updated. At this point, would prefer to give zero stars. Had a person (not going to give name - but IR can easily figure it out) from IR contact me when I didn't put any information in. Got an answer that "you don't need to put information in as our website captures your info and that is how I reached out to you via your email" So, I told him I was wanting to do it at the end of May, provided him with the information he requested at that time (# of employees for 2020/2021), but had staffing issues at my business and was just now able to get back to him. Made an phone appointment on his calendar to discuss what was the next step and what was needed and didn't receive a call. Took it as maybe due to the holiday that I wasn't going to get a call so scheduled for the next day (today) at 10 am and didn't receive a phone call. THEN almost 4 hours (1:48 pm) after my scheduled phone appointment I get an email stating that the appointment was cancelled by someone at IR. Somebody please tell me "what gives" Have to really think about whether or not this company is on the up and up or if they only do "big companies" as I am a small single owner business.
