I didn't know if we would qualify for an ERC refund. I provided the information Innovation Refunds requested. I explained how our business was affected by Covid regulations. Innovation Refunds did all the work in filing the refund forms. We did not really expect to see any refunds, however Jeremy Soares of Innovation Refunds kept in touch we us explaining the time delays were normal and to let him know as soon as we heard anything. We were pleasantly surprised when we received refund checks.

I was a little leery making the phone call, but I am ecstatic I did! David Lake walked me through the whole process for receiving our ERC explaining things every step of the way. All of the other team members as we moved along in the process were professional and informative. In the final process after we received our six checks Nick Asjes who I think I caught during his vacation followed up with me for the final steps to complete the process. It is definitely worth the time, and I highly recommend Innovation Refunds for your ERC and tax needs.
