They did what they said they'd do! My refund was well over my expectations. Kerby and Devonte were knowledgeable and answered every question along the way with confidence and common sense. My CPA was not prepared to apply and my national payroll company wasn't ready to engage until a month after I began working with Innovation. They seemed to be the first out of the gate and have developed a rock solid system. 25% commission is steep but I'll sleep good at night knowing that they have my back in the event of an audit.

At first I thought this was a scam or scheme. Talked with several representatives at Innovation Refunds and submitted the requested documents. Probably 4 or 5 hours work on my part to gather what was required. My contact was a very cordial representative, Tammy Bunkofske, who stayed in contact with me by phone and e-mail. Tammy was the absolute BEST SUPPORT person I could ask for. Tammy answered all my questions and if she wasn't sure she said "I'll get back to you." Tammy always returned my call, answered my e-mail and was very quick to respond to every call or mail I sent her. Tammy B. gave me the heads up about upcoming events and guided me through the process very smoothly. What I first thought was pie in the sky, was actually a HIGH dollar dessert in my business bank account. Thank you TAMMY B. and INNOVATION REFUNDS for such a quick and easy return of my tax dollars. Our business would not have this refund without either. I would do it again without hesitation and recommend anyone that qualifies to go for the money - and maybe you will be fortunate to have Tammy help make an easy process for the refund.

At first I was skeptical about this company but after awhile I went for it. I filled out the few questions online and received a phone call in a short time after. Jason was very honest, helpful and held my hand every step of the way. He and Willie Jones always returned my calls within a few hours. They were both knowledgeable, positive and helpful to get our application completed and on its way to the IRS for our refund in a very short time. They communicated every step of the way! and I'm amazed at how easy it all went. I can't praise them enough.

Innovation Refunds was great to work with during the process of applying for and receiving the Payroll Tax Rebate. They were there to offer support during the entire process of collecting required documentation, submitting it, and finally, through receipt of the reimbursement. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. During the long wait period, they kept in touch with me periodically and actually let me know when the checks were in the mail. The IRS and this process can be intimidating but with the guidance of Innovation Refunds employees Mathew Wilkins, Michael Kist and Chavis Keller, I was able to successfully navigate the process. I would recommend them to any business considering applying for the Payroll Tax Rebate.
