Innovation Refunds helped me get the full value of my Employee Retention Tax Credit. They were extremely professional and efficient. The time that was required from me was kept to a minimum. I have to admit at the beginning I thought this might be a scam of some sort, for that was in the summer of 2022 and I had not heard of the ERC. But Innovation Refunds was very professional, and any doubts I had were soon quelled.

I was extremely skeptical of the whole ERC process when I reached out to Innovation Refunds. The first person I spoke with was Alicia Thornton. I explained my concerns and she was able to provide me with information that made me comfortable enough to move forward in the process. I have to say that their strong communication and know what (and when) to expect each step of the way was exactly how our experience was. There were no surprises and we were very pleased with the refund we were entitled to. Their estimate was exactly what we received. Working with everyone at Innovation Refunds has been a positive experience. The 2 people who stood out to me was Alicia Thornton at the beginning of the process and Chavis Keller towards the end of the process. Both Alicia and Chavis were always available to answer any question that I had. Chavis kept me apprised of when I should hear from the IRS and was there to assist me when we received our refund and navigating the process. If you are reading this then you are probably doing your research as I did....All I can say is you really have nothing to lose to submit the information and see if you are entitled to a refund. I originally learned of the ERC program from an Ad on Breitbart News Radio. I was a little skeptical, but after receiving well in excess of $ 500,000 from the PPP program and an EIDL loan in excess of $ 100,000 from the SBA, I looked into the ERC program. I was quite early and there were not many companies offering to shepherd me through the ERC process. I decided I would try to qualify and submitted my application to Innovation Refunds. The clearing house application form was simple and I quickly found out that I might qualify for several hundred thousand dollars of ERC credits. I elected to go through the process with Innovation Refunds. It did take well over 100 man-hours on the company's side to aggregate the required information. It also took a number of months for Innovation Refunds to perform the review. At the end, I was confident that the Innovation Refunds accountants performed their proper due diligence and came up with a completely valid assessment of the ERC funds due to my company. We submitted the completed and signed application. It took about 4 - 6 months to get a response from the IRS, which confirmed the amounts due. Within another months, the company received the ERC credits. These funds, in addition to the PPP program and EIDL loan have allowed the company to continue to operate. Our company was authorized as an emergency service provider in both New York and New Jersey during COVID-19. I had to personally fund the company, at times, during COVED-19 however I made a commitment to my employees that I would do everything within my power to keep the employees working and paid. I can only congratulate Donald Trump for developing this program, which allowed my company to weather the COVED-19 storm. I also thank Innovation Refunds for their spectacular performance in achieving the level of success achieved. Good Job guys (and girls).
