As the financial Secretary for my church, my Pastor first told me about the ERC program that he had heard about through some other source and that our church should apply for it. I was then, so reluctant about applying because it sounded like a scam. To me, getting ERTC money back from the IRS for was unheard of. But shortly after, I saw the Innovation Refunds commercial on television and decided to google it. While leisurely scrolling on face book one day it's advertisement came up on my page and so I certainly applied for the ERC for my church. As soon as applied, I got a call from David Lake who told me that my church was eligible. So I got busy with the process that required uploading three years of filed documents. Mr. Lake referred me to Anival Torres who walked me through the whole process. He made himself available for all of my questions and concerns, until I had uploaded my last document. He then referred my case to the next phase for review. The final phase, a few weeks later was a virtual interview with one of their attorneys, I think John Mangan who approved us for our monetary award. After that, Alea Padden from Innovation kept in touch with me both by phone and by email while I waited, just to ensure me that it was in the IRS' hand and they were going to pay out. I waited approximately 3 months after being approved to receiving our legitimate checks that came directly from The Internal Revenue Service. From this experience, I leaned that the ERC program nor Innovation Refunds company were no scam. We paid Innovation Refunds their .25% after we received our checks. I recommend Innovation Refunds for your ERC.

I could not have been more pleased with how Innovative Refunds handled my ERC refund from beginning to end. Sean P and Lori M did a great job in getting the whole process started. But Tammy B "knocked it out of the park" as she consistently and faithfully kept me informed on a continual basis as to the status of my claim all the way through until I received every refund check from the IRS. I highly recommend IR for anyone seeking the ERC refund. Be sure to ask for Tammy, she was wonderful!
