We thought this whole Employee Retention Credit was a scam and was suspicious that this was legit. My husband asked me to look into a company he heard of on the radio called Innovation Refunds and after talking to Jason Beeson, we felt comfortable enough to look into it. We had to go through the process in parts and was assigned to Chelsea Steiner and then Michael Davis was our final point person. He was very attentive to our phone calls and emails, plus checked in to see how we were doing and reassure us everything was on track. We started receiving multiple checks, higher than originally stated, within the perceived timeline and it was the best feeling to get ourselves out of the red and into the black, with the help of Innovation Refunds!! They have our highest recommendation!!

Let's just say that I was very skeptical about this program when I first reached out to Brad Shannahan at Innovation Refunds in West Des Moines, IA in December 2022. I appreciated that he did not embark in a fast-talking, arm-twisting sales pitch. Instead. he took the time to thoroughly answer every question I initially had about this program as well as in the 3 or 4 subsequent calls that it took for me to become comfortable enough before deciding to become involved with Innovation Refunds. In fact, I found every person in this company that I spoke with after Mr. Shannahan to also be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're a business owner and have heard about this program but just not certain about it, then I strongly encourage you to contact Mr. Brad Shannahan in West Des Moines. I'm sure your experience with Brad and Innovation Refunds will be just like mine, a very positive one!
