Brianna with IR is an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable individual. She and Kirby were always prompt to respond to my questions and requests. Brianna took ownership of the process in getting my company qualified and was excellent in her follow-up on getting resolutions to any problems. Quite frankly, of late I have become critical of most companies and the level and quality of customer service they provide. She and IR have certainly renewed my faith in people and companies knowing that there are still individuals out there who genuinely care about their customers.

Innovation Refunds helped us to file the necessary paperwork with the IRS for the Employee Retention Credit which we recently received payment for. Although it was a lengthy process that required us to provide a plethora of documents, the assistance and guidance we received from key staff members, Lori McGee and Steve Wallace made the process smooth. Moreover, the portal to upload documents to is extremely user-friendly. Once everything was submitted, it was a long wait for payment from the IRS, but Tammy Bunkofske called and emailed us periodically on a consistent basis to give us any updates and reassurance that the long wait for the IRS was not unusual. She also spelt out exactly what to expect and the next steps to follow after receiving payment. These calls followed by emails were invaluable and really put us at ease. Tammy demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service skills EVERYTIME. Thank you!!!

This company has been a huge asset to my business. They helped me out tremendously throughout the process of getting application filled out, and then the process of getting the refund. Tracey Benjamin help with applications and then Steve Wallance and Tyler Phanmaha helped keep me updated on refund part. I felt like it took forever for refund to come, but was really only about 3 months. Tyler and Steve kept me calm and then guided me through what I needed to do after I received the refund. We were so happy with their services that we helped provide a commercial for/with them. We then filed our new tax forms and have owed the IRS and local state taxes for almost 30% after Innovation refunds took 20%
