My business partnered with Nicholas Asjes and Zak Steib at Innovation Refunds to secure our Employee Retention Credit. Admittedly, I was unsure at first. I'd heard about various scams, but I stumbled upon Innovation Refunds after doing a lot of research. It was a smooth, easy and hassle free experience thanks to these two team members. They were highly responsive, very knowledgeable and proactive. The money we received is helping us expand and grow in new directions and it wouldn't have been possible without this company. Nicholas and Zak's partnership was invaluable to our small business.

Cadin was wonderful to work with. Though this process is lengthy (8 months to receive all checks) and the fee is steep (25%), it was well worth it. We received roughly $130,000 in tax credits from previous years. I tried to apply for the ERTC on my own and did not qualify based on financials alone. Thanks to Innovation Refunds, we were able to qualify for all employees for 6 quarters. They were in communication throughout the entire process and helped us get the maximum credit possible.

Stop me if you've heard this: Our CPA originally told us we weren't eligible for ERC refunds. Yet the ads from Innovation Refunds convinced us to get another opinion, for free. We're very glad we did. The process was orderly and professional, from the initial admin steps with Frank Way to a successful (and rewarding) completion with the receipt of our ERC checks and the congratulatory call from Taylor Arrowood. As long as you follow their instructions and get them all the documents they need, they will get you your money. Special thanks to all the account executives and client success champions that helped me through the process: Kayla Brewer, Julie Mayer-Pohl, Dakota Devries, Alathia Hayes, Devonte Thedford, and Enid Walters. There was only 1 agent who sucked Tyler Phanmaha he was very negligent and asked me to do things I felt I was paying Innovation refunds to do but he’s not nearly a representation of the company and how great of a job they do! If you’re skeptical don’t be, I highly recommend using their service they are the real deal

The support team that helped me was terrific. We were aware of the ERC but did not think we were qualified. We decided to give it a try with their help and support and it paid off. Turned out we did qualify and after about 8 months, received our check. I did a good amount of research into organizations that provide this service and found IR to be professional and legit. I was pleased with the whole team that was involved in various aspects of the process. Thanks Lars, Nicole, Justin and Kayli.
