Very impressive business! When I had issues understanding what was needed, Jordan and Courtney went out of their way to help me. Our accounting program had glitches and would not give me the information I needed for 2019, yet they came up with a solution. I never thought we would qualify for credit, because our business, when opened, made more than the previous year; they knew the solution, and made it happen! Highly recommended! We can't thank them enough!

I was doubtful that our business would receive the ERC refund since we are a cleaning supply business that prospered during Covid. With skepticism, I began gathering the needed data thinking that even a small ERC amount would be worth the effort. I was assigned several Innovation Refunds employees (Merissa Lovan, Lourdes Quintero and Eddie Miller) that helped me beyond words collecting all the necessary data. They were in constant contact with me and answered all my questions during the process. There are many companies that claim to help you receive your ERC payment but I cannot imagine another company being as helpful and simplifying the process as much as Innovation Refunds.
