What a waste of time. Background: "ERC Today" has (and maybe other companies also have) contracted with a company called Asuresoftware (or they have some other kind of relationship with them) to process business applicants for the Employee Retention Credit. Issue: ERC Today "throws your application over the fence" to Asuresoftware, who then takes weeks to deal with you. They ask you for the same things and questions over and over again; they can't be bothered to read simple emails that briefly and concisely answer their question; they are not familiar with opening and reading simple Excel spreadsheets; and they let you sit for weeks without status updates. And when you ask, they say, oh, we need X from you... which you sent to them the same day they asked. Summary: It's truly an unserious operation, wasting your time and efforts for no results. AVOID!

Great group - got us results and were fast and efficient!!! I also have to add that Stephen Swanik and his team went above and beyond to help us with some other tax issues. Sometimes when you file some of these tax issues there are other things that come up later. But note this had nothing to do with them. These were other tax issues that were not part of their job. They stood behind us on that, didn't charge extra, and responded and addressed the later concerns promptly and professionally. They assisted us in all of the other issues literally in a day or two. These days this kind of attention and help and support go a long way and are extremely helpful. They stood behind all their work and have continued to support us. I'm very pleased and very happy and the fact that you can contact them about other concerns and they will get right back to you is invaluable.
