Last year, my CPA contacted me regarding access my Company might have as related to Employee Retention Credits from the IRS. The concept seemed like something interesting to me, especially since I made a major effort to retain all of my personnel throughout the COVID-related business slow-downs. My CPA was not familiar with the process and offered to "look in to it" for me. After some thought, I wasn't confident that he would be able to promptly isolate all the advantage that the IRS offered, and get the application properly submitted. After some research, I found out about ERCtoday and made a phone call. From that point on, the application process was made quite easy. ERCtoday's management team patiently instructed me on gathering all the data that would be required by the IRS. After I had the data and sent it over to ERCtoday, they efficiently took over the process, looking over my information to be sure everything was in order. Shortly thereafter, I was presented with the completed IRS forms and instructed to send them certified mail to the IRS. After a period of time, the checks from the IRS were received in the US mail! Overall, I was quite confident that my IRS application for Employee Retention Credits was is good hands with ERCtoday .

Stephen and the team at ERC were very diligent and detail-oriented walking us through the process of applying for and receiving Employee Retention Tax Credits even though our business had previously received a forgiven PPP Loan. He and his team were able to quickly prepare accurate documents and got them prepared to send to the IRS in a few days. Be patient waiting on the IRS - it took them almost 7 months to respond to our forms - but we have received a check for every quarterly form filed.

Earlier in 2021, I heard about Employee Retention Credits available through the CARES ACT, given the COVID pandemic. Without much knowledge on the subject, I was referred to ERC TODAY. Stephen and the staff were quick to explain the details of this program... Sounded great... get some Money back for having kept staff employed during the pandemic.. I was qualified, and I followed up with the Payroll info needed for ERC to apply for these credits. Unlike the PPP Loan, these credits can be spent on any cash needs and ARE taxable income.. I have, with ERC's help, received funds and will plan with my CPA on how best to handle taxes.. Great program, increased income to secure your business in this weird time.. Stephen and his firm were very good a knowing in the laws and rules of the refunding that we received I didn't know anything about these before talking to a friend that had heard Stephen talk. To date we have received about $80,000 with more coming. I would advise anyone to just reach out to Stephen to see if it works for you also.
