I am so glad that I picked Precision Tax Relief and called for assistance. From the moment they answered the phone every person I spoke with was professional and friendly, made you feel comfortable to discuss difficult issues. They immediately connected me to Stephanie in their office, and I could tell instantly, she was a extremely knowledgeable tax professional. Her professionalism, expertise of the tax laws greatly exceeding my expectations. Unfortunately, I've had experience speaking with other tax professionals in years past, it was a night and day difference. Stephanie listened to my story and details, and was quickly able to get up to speed with my IRS situation. She discussed all my options including the ifs, then's for each. She had compassion for my situation, and quickly made me feel less stressed. We called IRS together, which was amazing. I was scared to call by myself. And we received the exact details on my case. Her tenacity and unwillingness to leave any unresolved issues helped ease the tensions of a highly stressful tax situation. Jana effectively resolved all of our lingering tax problems (which resulted from poor advice received by another agency). She kept fighting for us with every additional IRS letter received -- even well beyond the time period we would've expected. If you're looking for a trustworthy tax relief agency, we could not recommend Precision Tax Relief highly enough.
