Precision Tax Relief is simply the best tax service I've worked with so far. I had an initial consultation, and they explained how to resolve my current tax issues without actually hiring them. Obviously my situation is unique, but I thought their transparency and honesty in the matter was just amazing. I've used several other tax services to try to remediate the issues I've had, and they've all wanted to charge $1,000s as their initial estimate. I will only be using Precision for any tax-related matter in the future, and I can firmly recommend them for anyone else facing daunting tax problems (or even simple problems).

Despite unforseen delays & pandemic problems they kept working until both federal and state issues were handled to my satisfaction. It truly was a relief. I had a tax refund that the IRS owed me since 2014. I had been working on it but had no luck. In the mean time I also had another tax year come up as having a problem where I would need to pay. I contacted Precision Tax Relief, and my case was assigned to Cyndy Rose. It took some time but they managed to get my 2017 returned solved, and in February I received my 2014 refund. Throughout the process Cyndy kept me informed, of the progress. She was great! I could count on an update every month, even throughout the pandemic.
