Innovation Refunds is an amazing company. They told me step by step what documents I needed. And in my case, what documents I was missing. I can't begin to tell you how great their customer support is/was. Nathan McVay was always available. He returned emails when he was off, during off hours and what ever it took to get me the status I required. There is no way as a small company I could have put together what the IRS required. CPA's, Attorneys etc. I was, and am, very impressed with not only putting up all the work up front, but the quality of work. I can't begin to recommend Innovation Refunds enough. I had heard all of the advertisements and I was somewhat skeptical at first. But the whole process was explained to me in detail and everyone I dealt with was just tremendous in helping me get the documentation I needed in a timely fashion. Customer service and UX/UI at Innovation Refunds are really outstanding. Adrean Johnson-Wigley and Kelsey Ferrell worked with me through two of my applications and made the process super easy. They were eager to help at every step of the way. For the fee that Innovations Refunds charges, I would not expect any less. Glad to see that a good portion of the six figures the company is earning through its contracts with my companies is going toward procuring talented customer service agents. I vetted one of IR's competitors and although they charged a lower fee, their sales folks were of the used car variety and their application/submissions process was way clunky. To Adrean and Kelsey - I hope this review gets you a raise or at least a pat on the back.

Scammers for sure. I spoke with them after watching a TikTok video promising 26k per employee with little to no effort. I spoke with a woman by the name of McKenzie Ruehl, she wanted all of my tax, income, financial and social security numbers of my employees. Being in computer security, her request was a bright red flag. STAY AWAY!!!!!
