Five stars as our process to recover ERC funds through Innovation Refunds was very smooth from the beginning. Justin Godwin was always in touch at the beginning of the process to answer any questions and provide reminders to get all the needed forms submitted. Not real sure what Will Figuroa had to do with the processs but he picked up where Mr. Godwin had to leave off. No complaints regarding Mr. Figuroa. Drew Falco was our last person to communicate after all forms were signed and all the needed data was submitted to Innovation Refunds. Mr. Falco was in contact often and responded promptly, either same day or next day at the latest, to answer any questions and to facilitate our communications with the Billing department for example. Almost gave them only four stars as the 25% fee seems fairly significant but is my fault for not even trying to negotiate with them. For us the whole thing took about six months from application to final checks being deposited. Overall, I would recommend contacting Innovation Refunds if you are thinking of applying for the ERC. 10/10.

Innovation Refunds did a great job for my small business. I am so glad I contacted them. During COVID we were struggling to keep our doors open and afterwards it wasn't much better. The money I received back from the employee retention program really saved us. The staff at Innovation Refund was great to work with and made the process easy and fast. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend their program to anyone.

Innovation Refunds did what my very expensive national accounting firm couldn't. The accountants never even told me about this program. And when I heard the ads, I asked them about it, and they told me it wasn't worth the time. Innovation refunds jumped right in and got it done with almost no work on my part. They got me the full amount for each of my employees. A big thanks to all at Innovative refunds and to Drew Falco our point person. they made a huge difference in our company!
