Innovations Refunds had a banner running across the web site for the bank that I have used for the past 20 years. Curious I reached out and was initially contacted by Jacob Tiemeier - somewhat hesitant I did my due diligence on the company. The president of the bank reached out to me to say that the bank has several customers that worked with IR; had great experiences / nothing but good things to say about IR. After the initial paperwork sent in Melissa Michelsen reached out to me with additional paperwork that was needed. This lady is very knowledable and had all the answers to my questions. I was told the application process would take some time. To my surprise we were contacted within a week. We signed with IR and are now waiting for the checks to start rolling in. We now have a new point of contact Nick Asjes. I received my email from him with detailed information referring to the waiting period. Everyone involved with our experience has been courteous, patient, and professional. I most certainly would recommend Innovation Refunds.

So we contacted them and began the process. We worked with Michael ***** and he kept us informed the whole process from start to finish with emails and phone calls. They did a great job. We could not have figured this out without them.

I was really sceptical of this whole thing I was hearing on the radio , and seeing it on the internet . So after a while i decided to call Innovation Refunds and it turn out to be one of the best thing going . Samuel was the gentleman i was dealing with , it took about 6 months to process but Samuel call and sent an email every month to let me know the status . They were awesome then we did receive the money no hassles. I would recommend these guys 100% Doug
