I have owned a small restaurant for over 20 years, but 2020 and 2021 was the first time I was scared the business might fail. I had heard the ERC ads, and a friend said I should absolutely try to get the refund, but I was very hesitant in making the call to Innovation Refunds. Merissa Lovan was very knowledgeable and reassured me my business would qualify. The process is a little daunting, but OJ Froehlich walked me through every step to make sure I had all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted. After they submitted all of my information I still had many doubts I would actually receive any payments, but Debra Blanchard kept my hopes up and answered all of my questions and concerns. In just 16 weeks I received a call from Debbie saying the checks were on their way! Within a week I had the money they promised! Talking with other business owners trying to apply for the ERC have had many issues with other accounting and law firms. I fully recommend Innovation Refunds to everyone!
