If you are reading this and are on the fence about whether or not to go through with the process.....I would go ahead and pull the trigger. After doing a little research on my own regarding the ERC, I had consulted with my accounting department as well as my accountant. We all came to the same conclusion that we were not eligible. I kept hearing the advertisements and, more out of curiosity, I contacted Innovation Refunds. Within 3-4 days, we had completed the application process and interviews, and it was determined that we were eligible. At this point, the application was sent in to the IRS and the waiting game began. It took about 4 months, but we finally received the confirmation letters from the IRS and our checks arrived. I am blown away at the efficiency and communication in which Innovation conducted themselves throughout the process. Like I said, if you are on the fence, get off of it and go get your money....otherwise it will go to some worthless entitlement program and YOUR money will be gone. Once the paperwork was submitted they continued to keep in touch with me by phone or email. The entire process took from November 2022 to July 2023.
