I was very ***** about filing for the *** tax credit at first because of the amount of work on my part. However, after a couple of months, with the help of ***********************, we completed the initial process. Thereafter, I had the pleasure of being connected to ********************* who kept me informed the rest of the way. She was very helpful answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. She contacted me at least 3 times per month giving me updates. It took about 8 months to receive all of our checks and I could'nt be more satisfied with the services of Innovation Refunds and would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help with your business. I can't give enough praise for how Innovation Refunds helped me through this process! I dismissed all adds thinking it was a scam. But when I heard Ben Shapiro talking them up, I decided to try them because I didn't think he would advertise for a scam company. I was still very skeptical but decided to keep going, I figured I had nothing to lose. If they don't get money for me, they don't get any either. Through out it all, I kept feeling I'll believe it when I get it. Then one day, i received several checks in the mail! I couldn't have been happier! I am definitely a believer now! After listening to the ads for months on Sirius/XM, I finally decided to give it a shot. After all, they claimed the initial application was 8 minutes. Well it wasn't exactly 8 minutes, but well worth the time. I received a call from Adrean Johnson-Wigley that same day, and he got our ball rolling. Then, Jessica Phillips walked my through the necessary information to be submitted. Both of them kept me on my toes and in the loop often until the conversation with the tax attorney (of whom MJ I most certainly do not want to leave out, she was great). Next was Tammy Bunkofske who regularly checked in and kept me informed of what to expect coming next. Finally, Lars Backstrom who walked me through the last steps getting to the finish line, and our refund. They were (are) all wonderful to work with. Thanks you guys. Bottom line, this group has it together. At no time was I confused or concerned. They handle virtually everything and hold your hand until the end. You will have to do some work on the front end as they no nothing about your business. But is not in anyway difficult. I have spent a total of about six hours, most of which was up front gathering and submitting the information. The Innovation Refunds team did exactly what they said and were refreshingly easy to communicate with. If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and do it, do it now.
