my experience with ERC was nothing less than excellent. My agent was Jeff P. He guided me through all steps and confirmed the accuracy and completeness of all submissions. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially Kathy Jasper, my Benefits Adviser. She guided me in gathering important information and documents to apply for the ERC benefits. Furthermore, she patiently explained to me the mechanics and process of the application. All data from my previous filing of 941 taxes are carefully reviewed and checked to avoid discrepancy in submitting the final form to IRS. Kathy is genuinely concerned in the correctness to avoid audit and corrections from the IRS. In conclusion, I received my refund and funds will help me to continue with my small business operations, especially this time when the business is struggling. I also referred some of my friends who are also a business owners so they can get help and assistance that i received from ERC Benefits. They are now in the process of preparing their respective claims. Thank you very much.
