I have over a 10-year history with this exceptional company, and I highly recommend them. An incident I recently had exemplifies the values of this business. This year, I had a negative interaction with a new employee who was preparing my tax returns. I was extremely displeased with how my concerns were being addressed, and in fact, at one point, I was simply dismissed. When the owners of the company found out about my experience, they called me immediately to apologize. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and resolved every one of my concerns. Actually, they went above and beyond in an effort to maintain their high standard of customer service. My experience speaks to the quality and values of their business. Taylor went beyond my expectations an came through an made it happen for me when all I could keep thinking was I was going to lose everything an be paying the rest of my life an with their help I finally got my acceptance letter an this chapter of my life is almost over ! Hands down I hope I never have to do this again but I will say if I had to precision tax would be my only call. I gave them five starts because it won’t allow me to go any higher than that I inwouldve gave them 10 stars . I’m blessed an very very grateful for them .
