My wife and I used a different firm prior to this one, and although they were eager to take our money, they were rude, bullying, and unprofessional, and they made us pay twice (overcharged us twice to do the same thing), which didn't even work the first time, so we had no trust in them, and we decided to switch over to Precision- who treated us fairly and professionally, and finally ended up helping us get our resolution.

In 2021, I sought the services of Precision Tax to help my father with some delinquent taxes. Naomi Boudro, the case specialist, was outstanding from the start providing options and empathy. My father was able to make a payment arrangement that was suitable for him at the time. In 2022, my father was ready to retire and sought the services again of Precision Tax and Naomi once again came to our help. She put together a offer in compromise and within a short time, the IRS accepted it. Naomi and team helped my father during a difficult time. There wasn't a month that went by from the start that we didn't hear from Naomi-even if the call was to say that there was nothing to say. Five stars is not enough to describe the relief brought to my Dad and I am forever grateful for Precision Tax's support. You won't go wrong by hiring this exceptional team.

Horrible experience. Begged for help after paying *******. Awful experience I called the *** direct and received better service. **** acted concerned on my first call to get my money but after that talked down to me and made me feel horrible. Today I was told that they are busy and could not return my call. Dealing with back taxes is so stressful but this company has made it 100% worst.

Hello, my name is ********************* and Ill start with saying that I dont leave reviews for anything online but this company definitely deserves it! If you need the services they offer ..youll have a team working on your case from the accountants who file your taxes and everything they do, the billing department everything they do, and your personal case specialist who deals with the *** on your behalf and of course, case managers, and like I said, just an entire team working for you to get you the very best end result there can possibly be. Honestly, I dont know about leaving actual numbers, but we owed so much and they got us a settlement for so little that I literally cant hardly believe it right now. Everyone there treats you with respect and is as helpful as they can possibly be from the moment they answer your call, even the billing department made a couple of adjustments for us just to help us make it through!! Our personal case specialist was *************************, and I could not say enough about her and the way she dealt with us and our case it was like she genuinely felt our anguish and despair like she knew us personally like we were her friends she truly went above and beyond ..it was a blessing having her as our case specialist!!
