We were recommended to use this company for the ERC program, which we started in December of 2022. The staff their were hardly ever present any time i called, lines going straight to voicemail. Everyone constantly "out of office". This process which could have been a couple weeks to complete ending up taking 3 months. If they needed additional information from me, they would wait weeks to ask and then when i would provide the information, it would not be looked at by them for several days, i know because when i would ask what's taking so long, they would reply that whomever is in charge of this area of the process has been out of office, it was a multitude of hands in the pot and it really seemed that most often no one could help, they did all seem like nice people. Whenever i would call, they were professional, but truly i feel like they just dropped the ball. i ended up going with a different company, two months into the process with them because they delayed so long, and the other company was finished before they were

Company keeps calling our business, and no one is on the line when we answer. Try to call back and there is a recording: "You've reached AR Accounting...," That's not a red flag at all...not even a real person on the call and they prompt you with yes/no questions, likely trying to capture a voice authorization to steal information. You guys will probably get this review scrubbed from google, but know some people see your tactics. Good luck.

I've never heard any updates about the process if my analysis except when I insist. If you are a small business looking for employee retention credit, be careful working with them. They will take all of your information and after a month still say "we are working on your analysis" we will be with you as soon as possible. The sad thing is that this company acts like they really care, but they are only looking out for their own best interests. Also calling their 877 # only gets you an recording service and a live person never comes on the line.

Be careful in who you choose to complete your Employee Retention Credit information. They have had our information for a month with no updates or communication unless we initiate it. If you call their office # no one ever answers and you just set on hold for eternity.

When a small business starts to research the ERC credit the information can be overwhelming. I realized very quickly that I needed a partner to help me through the process. My local CPA wasn't interested in taking on this subject so I was left to find a trustworthy company online. I am so glad I found ERC Pros. The process was transparent, customer service was top notch, and most importantly I have faith that they did their due diligence and got me a fair credit.
