In the initial stage (when they are trying to get you to sign with them) Bottom Line puts their best foot forward. They respond to questions almost immediately, get on the phone, etc. Once you sign their agreement, the experience is another. First, something got botched with my onboarding. Two weeks after signing, I had not heard from them. After several follow ups, finally their "on boarding" person reached out for a call, asking for documents I had provided weeks prior! Then the wait. The IRS found a missing 940, which was sent. Then the IRS sent another letter saying there was a discrepancy between what we submitted on the amended return vs. the 940. Scanned and sent all documents to BottomLineConcepts last week. Have followed up every two to three days. NO ANSWER YET. Be aware before signing anything with them.

FRUAD! They did not do research prior to calling me. Claiming they help business owners when I don’t even own a business currently. They constantly call me via robocalls I called them back and each time there’s employees who right off the bat ask you about w2s and go off about tax returns. They didn’t call me, I called them; the second they pick up it’s like they have a script in front of them, go off about owning business and getting 26000 back from taxes 🙄 I live in Philadelphia, and this place claims to be located from either California or Miami but they are calling me from a 215 area code. Yup scam. PLEASE DONT WORK WITH BUSINESSES THAT HARRASS PEOPLE WITH 30 CALLS A DAY.
