It takes a long time for documents to be processed. Their reps are extremely difficult to get in touch with. The only time I got a quick response was when they tried to collect payment.  Two out of five checks arrived. I received an email from Daphanie, Ruiz, an AR representative, threatening to escalate the matter if payment was not received as soon as possible. It had not even been two weeks since I received the checks in the mail. Since the checks were for a large amount of money, the bank put a hold on them for 10 days. She reached out to me without even looking at my account before sending an email threatening escalation and further action. If she had looked, she would have seen that payment had already been received by her company. I asked about the status of the other three checks since she implied I would receive them only if payment had been made. Three emails later, no response. The company charged me a very high rate of 25% on my ERC credit. This company promotes quality and customer service while most companies charge no more than 10%. It seems to me that the only thing they care about is collecting their share of the funds.

Bottom Line Concepts helped our nonprofit organization receiving a very substantial ERC refund. As the Executive Director, frankly, I an my staff wear way to many hats to take on something like this. The people at Bottom Line are experts. They took care of everything and our refund arrived, helping our bottom line (no pun intended) tremendously. Efficiency is king, and Bottom Line allowed us to essentially obtain a huge windfall with minimal time investment.
