Im actually surprised to see all the 5 star reviews hoping we would have had the same experience with Bottom Line. We went thru all the steps with Bottom Line, got our qualification, got our checks from the IRS etc. During the entire process we had questioned multiple times regarding who qualified etc. My mother and I own the company. So I would assume I didn’t qualify but they said YES because of the percentage of my ownership. So we cashed the checks, paid Bottom Line their commission and NOW it’s wrong. Wrong by $42,000. You’d think this would be their #1 priority, fixing this and helping us figure out what money is due back to the IRS etc. NOPE. We keep getting pushed around, telling us you’ll hear from someone tomorrow, we’ll 20 tomorrows have passed and we’re still sitting here with $$ that doesn’t belong to us because of a mistake they we’re FULLY aware of! Now we continue to sit here and wait for them to “call us back” we “promise someone will call today” they absolutely don’t care because they have already been paid (which they owe us money back) but let’s continue to see how long it takes for them to resolve this matter!

If they are unable to keep track of that I would hate to see what happens when it’s something big!
